E & I Engineer

Responsibilities:
Detail design and develop new electrical and instrument control system with detailed work steps as;
- Co-develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) with Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, Process Design Engineer.
- Develop Control Logic Diagram, Instrument Wiring Diagram and Electrical Wiring Diagram
- Prepare equipment purchasing specifications and Bill of Material (BOM) to support vendor quotation request and procurement process
- Develop specification and prepare material requisitions for electrical (i.e. Power system control systems i.e. instruments, control valves and all other instrumentation.
- Prepare vendor document requirement (VDR) to support project quality plan and engineering schedule
- Prepare control philosophy of electrical and instrument system which conform to international electrical and instrumentation standard
- Conduct HAZOPs Review with Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) with Mechanical Engineer (ME), Process Design Engineer (PE) and Project Development Engineer (PDE)
- Troubleshooting, Improve and Problem Solving for existing systems with the engineering calculation in case of;
- System Capacity Confirmation
- System Debottleneck
- Supply Mode Conversion
- System upgrading/optimization for lowest the Cost-to-serve
- Providing advice and consultancy support to PDE
- Co-developing new business technical proposals with PDE
- Working collaboratively with Project Development Engineer, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, purchasers and other internal section/division.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, Air Products and relevant authorities
- Project management within cost and time constrained environments. Execute assigned work in accordance with the applicable Project Procedures and Standards, including Project Procedures on Safety and Quality Control, within the man-hour and cost budgets and the project schedule targets.
- Review Vendors' quotations, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Vendor. Technically approve Order Variation Summaries. Review and approve Vendor order documentation
- Develop specification and prepare material requisitions for control systems, instruments, control valves and all other instrumentation.
- Review Vendors' quotations, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Vendor. Technically approve Order Variation Summaries. Review and approve Vendor specification documentation.
- Liaise with other departments and the client as necessary but in particular:
- With the Process Engineering Department at all stages of the project where equipment has a particular influence on the process design philosophy.
- With Mechanical Equipment, Utilities and Project Groups in relation to instruments and controls associated with packages, to ensure compliance with Project Standards and requirements.
- With Instrument Design Section in relation to instrument matters and review of critical drawings.
- With the Client's Instrument Engineer on technical matters concerning Instrumentation
- Carry out other duties assigned Manager, and in particular:
- Carry out technical investigations, produce technical reports, engineering standards and procedures.
- Assist in the development and training of personnel including graduate engineers when requested. Participate in proposal activities as required.
Requirements:
- Male Age : 25- 30 years
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Instrumental Engineering or related fields
- > 3 Years working experience in field electrical and instrumentation engineering
