Engineering & Facilities Manager ( USA Packaging - Pathumthani )
(Pathum Thani - NAVANAKORN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE)

Responsibilities:

• Our customer who is the USA packaging manufacturing  which operate over than 100 years in USA  while the operation plant in Thailand is above 10 years ( local staffs 120-150 ) . We are looking for potential candidates with the following details…

Maintenance & Facilities Management.  ( 60 % )

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure the TPM activities are efficiency enough for 24 hours of machining rate which strong focus on machinery break-down.
• Prepare & ensure the spare parts of machinery & facilities in the optimal level.
• Optimize the resource allocations for maintenances the factory and promote environment & safety as team leader.
• Budgeting preparation & monitoring the variances & GAP analysis.

Project & Productivity Improvement  ( 40 % )

• Develop & modify machinery - process & equipments  for higher performance.
• Replicate the machinery , equipments  , process to support the capacity requirement.
• Core team for new project & new model management. 
• Facitlity improvment such as plant , waste & water supply system.

Note : Other appropriate assignment will be discussed in later.

Requirements:

• Male, Thai nationality with age during 35-40 years , smart & flexible characters.
• Degree / Master in Engineering ME / EE or related fields from accredit university.
• Minimum experiences from multi-international company at least 7-10 years.
• Strong engineering knowledge of TPM  , Maintenance - Facilities Mgt  from in ternational  Manufacturing plant.
• Good at English with presentation skill & leadership characters.

Note : Good at English means able to interview with reginal officer which passthrouh teleconference.
