OSS Delivery Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for requirement analysis and management of telecom OSS (e.g. network O&M service desk management, integrated Alar management, network performance management, network inventory management, etc), and guide the R&D of the OSS from product planning , participate in OSS product document composing and reviewing.
  • Responsible for OSS solution design and pre-sale support for Managed Service projects, e.g. designing of telecom network management integrated solution, tender clarification, contract negotiation, etc.
  • OSS delivery onsite or remote technical support.

Candidate Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent?Skilled written, oral ,listening and speaking in English
  • More than 5 years’ working experience in telecommunications industry. Overseas working experiences are preferable.
  • Familiar with mobile network and its operation & maintenance, 3 years more network operation management experience in large telecom corporations. Expert on eTOM and/or ITIL are preferable.
  • Familiar with OSS / BSS. 3 years or more OSS/BSS installation & maintenance experience in large telecom corporations. Experiences on Remedy, HP Openview, IBM Netcool are preferred.
  • Familiar with datacom network planning?designing and deployment, CCIE certificate is preferred.
  • Familiar with Solaris UNIX or HP UNIX OS and mainstream database (Oracle?SQL Server?Sybase);With related competency authentication is preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation,good teamwork spirit and project management ability.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Able to travel overseas within South-East Asia region to support project is an advantage

Managed Services Project Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • To build and lead Managed Service department in country, responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Managed Service business unit
  • To implement new Managed Service projects, co-ordinate and develop support resources
  • Responsible for the Service Level Agreement (SLA), service quality and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the client's outsourced network operations
  • Take charge of network maintenance services, including network monitoring, routine and preventive maintenance, service restoration and provide assurance , network optimization and field maintenance
  • Take charge of network management services, including managing network performance, availability, alarm, configuration and fault management
  • Take charge of resources management, including staff, spare parts, network physical resources and logical resources, instruments and tools, cooperation resource, and documentation management
  • Evaluate and monitor Managed Service partners' (outsourcing subcontractors) performance
  • Responsible for the interfaces and relationship management with the customer, internal, 3rd party vendors and subcontractors

Candidate Requirement:
  • Minimum Degree in Telecommunication/ Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 8 years' practical experience in managing telecom wireless/fixed network operations, either with Telco operators or in a similar position with vendors
  • Experience in setting up Managed Services operation and large project management is preferable
  • Familiar with the systems and procedures of telecom operators' operation and maintenance
  • Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and positive attitudes
  • Appreciates team work, and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted service level
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Able to travel overseas within South-East Asia region to support project is an advantage
