Management Trainee (Technical Assurance / Technology Transfer)
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
- Study and develop mixing process for toiletry & cosmetic products to meet specification. Provide technical leadership through Technology Transfer knowledge and Quality & Compliance process to flawlessly execute assigned technical projects (sourcing change, roll-outs, cost improvement projects, and other trouble shooting) and successfully launch products into the markets :
- Knowledge in raw materials and liaise with suppliers of raw materials to technically provide technical solutions in relation to used raw material and components
- Devise optimized manufacturing processes for making new products at required scale
- Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvements
- Capable of executing process trials in laboratories and scaling up the production process via plant trials to ensure compliances with the finished product specifications
- Capable of understanding how to scale up a formula, manufacture it and package the product within FDA cosmetics regulations
- Capable of understanding and controlling the processes used to produce the final product to ensure that quality products are manufactured in a reproducible manner.
- Support production in trouble shooting of production problems, document findings, and implement solutions.
- Summarize technical reports and specifications, and maintain appropriate test records
- Provide trainings of new process, technical knowledge transfer to cross-function team
- Collaborate with cross-function team/Regional to ensure smooth product transfer and execution
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Science Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Cosmetics or related field
- 1-2 years experience in the field of cosmetics, pharmaceutical or related industry
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines with some working experience in GMP environment
- Practical laboratory skills
- Good communication skills for effective liaison and teamwork in a dynamic/highly collaborative environment
- Drive, enthusiasm, self-motivation and able to work effectively in a team as well as independently with minimum supervision
- Good problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Very good communication skills and English proficiency
