Customer Support Officer (Customer Relationship Management)
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support Officer will be responsible for handling order and quotation process and co-ordinate with internal functions (sale representative, marketing team, finance, distribution center, and procurement) to process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Requirements:
- Male or female, age between 22-30 years
- Bachelor degree in any field, Chemical background is an advantage
- 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of sale coordinator, new graduate are also welcome
- Strong service mind, organized, hard-working, and detailed and result oriented
- Good working with documents and team-work environment
- Good command of spoken and written English and good computer skills
