- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields. IE background would be an advantage, but not necessary
- Min 5 years direct experience in Organization Development or process improvement
- Excellent skills in listening, questioning, gathering and analyzing information
- Good presentation skills with the ability to present facts and recommendations systematically
- Familiar with project management, difficult people handling and internal consulting
- High sense of achievement, follow-through, sense of urgency and systematic thinking
- Able to use SPSS
- Good writing skills both in Thai and English
