Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Repair&Maintenance of production equipments
- Coach maintenance
- Design&Develop production equipments
- TPM activity&management
Requirements:
- Male/Female: age not over 30 years old
- Bachelor/Master in Industrail Engineering, Sciences, Management or related field
- 1-3 years related work experience in operation/production engineering
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work well with cross-functional team members
- Good communication, organization and listening skills.
- Proven track record to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Skills:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fair in English Communication Skill (Know Japanese will be advantaged)
- Knowledge of TQM, ISO14000, TS 16949, Kaizen
