HR - C&B Analyst (Manager – AVP)

Responsibilities:

• Salary and benefit surveys
• Job analysis and job evaluation
• Benefit upgrade / harmonization project
• HRIS Management (Peoplesoft launch & HRIS utilization)
• C&B Process Improvement
• C&B budget planning
• Performance Review Process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, Master’s degree advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years experience in C&B
• Able to work well under pressure
• Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills with excellent ability to communicate well with people from all levels
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
