- Basic Functions
- Quality system planning, monitoring and implementation from launch to accelerated production
Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance
- Coordinate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to customers
- Manage customer complaint coordination and fast response process for problem solving
- CPIT (Current Product Improvement Team) and PRTS (Problem Resolution Tracking System) Management - CPQM
- Reporting, Management of Quality Metrics
- Regular customer plant visits
- Analysis of Field / Warranty Returns
- Visual Management (Fast Response and Alerts)
- Teardown Audits
- Drive Audits (Transmission)
- PTR to Assembly Plant
- Quality Valve Process - FPQM
- PET Liaison & Deviation control (Product Action Authorizations, SK Sheet)
- Coordinate Vehicle plant disruptions/containment
- Monitor layered audit process and participate in audits
- Problem solving to work with all levels of the plant
Requirements:
- Experience in the technical side of manufacturing
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical or Mechatronics
- Experience with control plans, PFMEAS (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and problem solving is preferred
- Experience working with production parts and suppliers
Skill:
- Good communication skills in English/Thai
- Computer literate
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred
Attribute:
- Strong people skills
- Ability to work with data and provide summary metrics
