Mechanical Engineer ( Process Improvement ) / Automotive-Chonburi

• Our customer is the automotive manufacturing who drive the business by performance base strategy , we are looking for young generation to support our strategic with the following details of requirement…

Scope of requirements

• Establish process flow-chart and standard of operation process.
• Prepare plant layout, including new assembly line if necessary. In the case of a new process.
• Define action plan to achieve the tact time with the right number of operator
• Manages process risks with the team, pilots PFMEA and Logistic FMEA (taking into account the results of packaging and logistics tests). Close out remaining FMEA risk actions.
• Define, realization and put in place assembly line in accordance with the VPS
• Involve a production operator (same person involved in the PFMEA) for an initial equipment series production.
• Formalize operator instructions and provide training – monitor the improvement after coaching .
• Implement plan for control calibration and preventive maintenance plan for equipment.
• Pilot for FDP and summarize the report with deeply analysis.
• Participates to the process audit ( both of in-house & external ) to improve the yields.
• Support and qualify equipment build Track progress, secure initial reception of tooling and equipment according to schedule and take any necessary countermeasures, install and fine-tune equipment at the proper workstations

Note : Area of working Engineering team in manufacturing process ( Assembly line )

Requirements:

• Male / Female , 27-32 years , Smart & Clever & Pro-active style.
• Degree in ME , IE , EE from accredit university with good at English.
• Experiences in Production / Manufacturing from accredit manufacturing at least 2-3 years.
• Applicable both of mechanical terms and electrical PLC / Mitsubishi Siemens Omron.
• Strong in engineering & quality tools -ISO/TS16949 , LEAN , Whys-Whys techniques , 8D report.
• Competency in MS Office (word , excel , power-point ) with presentation skill.
• Competency in English as the daily communication .

Note: We need the candidate who applicable to handle during nightshift or overtime during holidays.
