AIA has been operating in Thailand for 70 years since October 1, 1938. As of July, 2008, the company has total asset of 383.06 billion Baht, insurance reserves of 286.67 billion Baht, and capital of 69.24 billion Baht, or 1,107.67% of the statutory capital requirement. There are 5 million life insurance policyholders or 6.8 million policyholders if accidental and health insurance is included. Apart from ordinary life insurance, AIA Thailand also offers accident and health insurance, group insurance, credit life insurance, worksite marketing, and provident fund.

Assistant Broad Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Marketing Department

Job Briefly:
  • To support AVP - Broad Market on managing marketing campaign executions and implementation including identify prospects and implication of target market to launch a particular campaign to achieve business target and growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields
  • At least 4-7 years experiences in broad marketing, brand, product or related fields ; Insurance or Financial knowledge, and FMCG, advertising agency experiences would be an advantage
  • Solid background in development of business plan, marketing plan and feasibility
  • Able to work independently and work well under pressure
  • Proactive and result-oriented with strong leadership
  • Proficient with all MS Office application: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
