Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the realization of sales and profit targets consistent with business strategy. This includes bringing knowledge about market trends, market and customer requirements into the development of the product portfolio,
  • Ensure that new market opportunities and target customers are being identified actively, manage accounts and customer relationships, develope sales proposals, and negotiate.
  • Ensure that the business is in line with the Business Target Agreements stipulated.
  • Responsible for the development and training of team.
  • Achieve business goals and profitability of the unit by continuously sourcing for new business opportunities and maintaining good relationship with existing corporate clients.
  • Coordinate/implement sales and marketing programmer together with other Business Units to cross sell the Organization’s product and service inline with Siemens One Initiative and Incentive.
  • Plan strategic planning and coordinate of initiative both long and medium term plans to increase market share, profitability and presence of the organization by constant monitoring of business targets.
  • Negotiate business / present secure business for the Organization through continuous internal and external communication to intensify contacts with major customers, supports important projects and establish long term business relationship.
  • Provide initiatives for strategic business development solutions for market development and penetration by leading and developing direct reports to achieve people excellence, monitoring, with focus on Malaysian potential.
  • Plan business models for clear and precise solutions for specific corporate clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control System or related fields
  • Minimum 2-5 year of experience in dales and marketing of electrical and control engineering
  • Working experience in machine builder (OEM) is desirable
  • Good management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
