PRTR-ES was established in 2006, specifically to better serve our customers in the Eastern Seaboard area of Thailand and to provide services more suited to the technical demands of these customers. PRTR-ES is part of PRTR, which was established in 1990 and is an independent Thai/British joint venture company that based its operational and sales structure on its successful British partner. PRTR was originally established as a company providing permanent recruitment services and has expanded to become a complete supplier of HR and Business Process Outsourcing services. We currently have 3 offices in Bangkok and 1 office in the Eastern Seaboard with a total of 120 staff based in these offices and a further 23 staff supporting our client partners at their locations. Our plan is for PRTR to become Thailand’s largest HR and operational outsourcing services company whilst maintaining a very high level of service and professionalism.

QA SUPERVISOR – ALCALINE BATTERY
THB 30000 - 40000
(Chachoengsao - Bangpakong)

Responsibilities:

• The Quality Assurance Supervisor will report directly to Korean Factory Manager with responsibility of improving the quality performance of the alkaline battery products.
• Establish, review and update inspection method and criteria for QA/QC inspector to ensure that product meet the specification of the product’s requirements.
• Work with the QA technician to develop and implement training plan for QA/QC operators at each inspection area of the work instruction, control plan and basic knowledge.
• Liaise with the team to create disposition on the nonconforming products.
• Trace quality performance for specific product i.e. return rate, customer’s complaints and in-process defective rate and lead cross-functional team to improve these performances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field, preferably chemical, electronic and/or Industrial Engineer.
• Ages between 30-40 years, are preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in a QA related field from the alkaline, chemical or electric appliance industry.
• Fair command of English language and strong computer proficiency.
• Able to work on Monday – Saturday
