Application Development Supervisor
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Develop business application based on requirements of senior leaders, managers, and Business analysis team using various tools (i.e. - MS-Access, MS-Excel, VBA, Business Intelligence application, etc.)
• Analyze requirement, design solution and develop user-friendly front-end applications that enable a digital workflow while leverage standard of data quality and real-time data availability.
• Maintain current and newly developed applications to ensure business continuity
• Transfer application knowledge to business user

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required with preference toward information system degree programs
• Experience in Life Insurance is preferred, but not required
• 2-3 years in areas related to management information system and application development
• Strong analytical capability & numerical skills, possess management information system skills, and report design & development ability (high level of spreadsheet proficiencies)
• Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated
• Fluent spoken and written English & Thai skills
• Ability to effectively lead team & manage projects
