URGENTLY REQUIRED
Assistant IT Manager (Technical Support)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Batch job processing, Server / Network / Application monitoring, User account management, PC Helpdesk support.
• Administration for data center, operation system, backup / recovery, network.
• Oversee the daily performance and ensure the stability of the operation and system uptime of computer systems infrastructure.
• Incident and problem management for computer systems.
• Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to organization’s users and IT teams.
• Develop documentations for computer operations and training manuals for users.
• Educate users about computer security, install security software, monitor networks for security breaches, respond to cyber attacks

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, IT or any related field.
• 3 - 5 years working experience, preferable in insurance industry (but not mandatory)
• Hands on experience on Windows 2008/2003/XP operating system, Exchange Email System, Network architecture, IT Security, MS SQL database, Backup and Recovery systems, preferable in AS/400 system (but not mandatory)
• Computer literacy and ability to perform diagnose and troubleshoot the technical problems.
• Good analytical skill and have initiative idea.
• Positive attitude and strong contribution for teamwork.
• Good team player with service minded and self-development ability.
• Good command in English both written and spoken.
• Ability to hard and under pressure
