Manufacturing/Process Engineer
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Support PCBA manufacturing process, SMT, Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating and Case Up.
• New Process development.
• Process & Yield improvement & optimization with using Six Sigma tools e.g. DOE or other statistical techniques.
• Resolve process, quality and capacity issues.
• Lead Prototype, Pilot and PPAP build for New Product Introduction.
• Provide technical expertise to support product design for manufacturing (DFM).
• Work with customer for technical items/issues.
• Prepare changes, additions and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing process.
• Design tooling, fixture e.g. Stencil, Wave Pallets, Assembly fixtures, etc.
• To develops new or optimizes existing process, utilizing tools provides such as Six Sigma and Design of Experiment (D.O.E.).
• Create/maintain documentation (Process Flow FMEA, Control Plan & Work Instruction) to support production.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, Age between 24 - 30 years.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in PCBA process e.g. SMT, SPI, AOI, Wave soldering, Selective wave soldering, conformal coating, Manual Assembly, etc.
• Experience in FUJI Placement machine, Wave Soldering and Conformal Coating machine are an advantage.
• Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in Automotive & Medical Device requirement.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Able to use Minitab.
• Able to work under pressure.
