- Develop and adapt process improvement techniques and methodologies to manufacturing environment (such as Six Sigma, Lean, TQC, Work Simp., TPS and other process improvement tools).
- Must pass and receive Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Be able to drive lean manufacturing.
- Lead the execution of quality and process improvement projects and activities using Six Sigma or other process improvement tools.
- Plan and execute capital improvement resulting from process improvement projects.
- Lead production process and process qualification and capability studies.
- Train production personnel on Six Sigma or other process improvement tools.
- Research and implement innovative new process technologies to improve raw material yields and equipment productivity and reliability.
- Write operational procedures that facilitate the reduction of process variation.
- Consolidating and reporting all manufacturing indicators
- Design method and layout to improve plant efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with GPA 2.4 up Industrial Engineering graduated is preferred
- Preferably Government University
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer.
- Lean Manufacturing training and experience is required.
- Manufacturing Industry Heavy manufacturing ( Automotive, or Heavy Industry) is preferred.
- Union Environment and dealing with the union & Operations Experience is preferred.
- Good English proficiency communication ,reading and writing
