Responsibilities:IT Counter Administration
(Bangkok)
- Provide great services to customers at counter service by receiving and returning defective machine.
- Receive calls professionally from customers for repairing or any other requests.
- Well handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up and respond to customers on services and information inquiries.
- Complete calling reports.
- Provide apparent product information to customers.
- Coordinated with concerning people to fulfill customers’ requisitions.
- Any other related tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of working experience in IT Technical Call Center (Notebook and gadget)
- Bachelor degree in any field, but computer filed is preferable
- Good knowledge and understanding of service concept
- Analytical minded, problem solving and communication skills
- Good telephone manner and emotional control
- Strong willingness to provide excellent services
- Self-motivate and positive attitude towards service job
- Have good understanding in customers’ needs
- Able to work on Saturday and Sunday
- Excellent in English communication
