Responsibilities:

• To learn & develop a challenged career within multinational environment in the areas of Customer Development, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering :
• Build business savvy and develop strategy to lift competitiveness – analyze business models to determine forces that drive competitive advantage and develop strategic imperatives to bring up organizational capabilities
• Assign in regional cross-functional Project Management Roles
• Analyze business models to determine forces that drive competitive advantage and develop strategic imperative to bring up organizational capabilities
• Be empowered in regional cross-functional Project Management roles-work in a dynamic environment with high performance teams flawlessly executing high-impact game-changing projects.

Requirements:

• Master's degree graduate with excellent academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management.
• 0-2 years of working experience is an advantage
• Possess strong leadership, energetic, willing to work hard as well as eager to learn new thing.
• Innovative, self-organized, self-motivated with passion to succeed and win as well as with strong leadership abilities.
• Hard working, possessing an open and communicative management style, good follow-up abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Sufficiently mature to be committed to teamwork and transparency and to credibly represent the organization in the business community.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
