Packing Engineering Supervisor
(Lamphun)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and maximized machines utilization to delivery target with cost, quality, service and people.
• Control and manage Initiative engineering projects for cost saving.
• Keep CAPEX work quality.
• Control and manage of Repair & Maintenance cost.
• Maximized packaging machine efficiency.
• Minimized machine breakdown time.
• Maximized packaging machine availability performance.
• Maximized packaging machine Bagging M/C net Utilization.
• Maintain the service level of R&M activities.
• Lead and conduct a Plant maintenance program.
• Keep working station clean follow as food safety program.
• Keep reporting system submit ontime and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Male
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electronic or Power Electricity
• 3 years in manufacturing experience.
• Industrial experience of food manufacturing.
• Maintenance leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Leadership capability.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Computer skills (MS Office).
• Engineering License form Council of Engineering.
