Responsibilities:Service Engineer
(Bangkok)
- To repair HA and AV Product (Home Service & and Bench Service)
- To advice or instruct to concern on Repairing skill / diagnose
- Able to communicate, advise to end user and other technician for product operating
- Work with all internal and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Identify areas of improvement in the company/ team and assist in creating and implementing solutions
- Develop Plans to reduce rework with the aim of eliminating rework
- Supervise/ Guide team to develop service team achieve company service standard
- Manage stock control/ movement
- Ensure that workers are following all safety guidelines
- Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
Requirements:
- Male, 26 years old up.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Power / Electronic Engineering or related filed
- Have 3 years working experience in after sale service would be advantage
- Service mind, problem solving, supervised and negotiation skill
- Repairing skill of Home appliance (with AV Product would be advantage)
- Have driving license
