Technical & Warranty Staff
(Pathum Thani)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in product quality problem from customer.
• Coordinate with related parties to manage Customer Satisfaction, Complaints and Quality improvement.
• Provide and support technical information to dealer / distributor.

Requirements:

• Male/Female age not over 28 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Automotive.
• Good computer skills (MS Office Applications)
• Good command in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Knowledge of quality management and data analysis.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Can work in upcountry province.
