Customer Service Staff (Supply Chain Dept ) / Automotive-Chonburi
(Chon Buri AMATANAKORN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE)
Responsibilities:
- Our customer is the international manufacturing for automotive industry , we are looking for the high potential candidate with the following details.
- Review customer requirments ( scheduling & forecasting) both of OEM & REM then input in company annual plan .
- Prepare the forecasing , sales plan both of short-mid-long term plan with always review the master schedule.
- Ensure the reliability of the forecast and try to close the GAP / Variances.
- Follow & review the emergency list from customer and always monitor the daily delivery which need for high level of coorporation intra the team.
- Being the key Supply Chain interface with customer , in-house to push the schedule according to customer's requirement.
- Build up the good relationship with Sales , Marketing , Production , Purchasing & Finance .
Note : Customer service staff is a position under the umbrella of Supply Chain Dept.
Requirements:
- Male / Female , 27-32 years with self-driven characters / performance base style.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences Statistics / Physics / Maths or ECON.
- Good for technical function demand mgt , forecasting , data analyze .
- Experiences in related function at least 3-5 years from international manufacturing plant ( more preferable in Automotive )
- Familiarity in using IS tools for demand integration / delivery analysis with SAP .
- Proficiency in MS Office (word / excel / power-point ) with ERP SAP .
- Good at English which necessary for daily communication / report.
