Maintenance Planner Engineer
(Rayong)
- Mainly in charge All plants machines and equipments preventive maintenance in SAP program.
- Supervise, audit and carry out timely updates of equipment data & maintenance information in SAP data Management System.
- Assist in establishing operational and documentation procedures and control system for SAP PM and implement work order system, including purchase requisition maintain records.
- Managing of PM filing system in document storage area and administer for renewal of preventive maintenance agreements.
- Responsibilities for all plant machineries spare parts registration, inventory and availability.
- Monitoring and Supervise all plant machineries preventive maintenance activities are carried as per SAP PM Program on scheduled.
- Supervise and coordinate all new plant machineries are registered in SAP PM Program.
- Coordinate and supervise all machines PM services and repair maintenance are updated in PM program.
- Responsible for all plant machineries spare parts are registered in SAP spare parts program, and control all spare parts inventories and availability are at all time.
- Responsible for external audit for PM activities and prepare department monthly Pm report.
- To maintain all machines data in SAP PM and spare parts in systematic structure.
Requirements:
- Male/Female with minimum bachelor degree in Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in knowledge of Preventive Maintenance for production equipments, machineries in manufacturing environments and preventive maintenance.
- Able to understand SAP PM and spare parts structure in maintaining all machines data.
- Good command of Supervisory leadership
- Full skills, knowledge and experience for Preventive Maintenance skill, SAP PM program structure skill, SAP Spare Parts program skill, PLC, Pneumatic / Hydraulic system Knowledge.
- QS9000/TS16949 preferable.
- Very good in English both of written and spoken
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
