Learning & Development Specialist/Senior Specialist
(Singapore - Shenzhen, China)
Responsibilities:
- Help with learning and development business planning of Global Technical Service Dept;
- Support the operation of GTS Expert Committee of a sub-profession;
- Organize to optimize the Competence & Qualification standards of all the GTS professions, and to implement Competence & Qualification assessment for local staffs;
- Delivery the foreign employees’ training at headquarters;
- Optmize the English version of GTS Learning & Development Zone (online learning website) continuously, review and better the English language quality of learning resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, more than one year ‘s work experience in HR, management, communications, computers, etc;
- A strong understanding of internal customers, demand analysis, interpersonal communication skills and teamwork;
- A problem solver with strong abilities to identify issues and push forward a process to arrive at solutions;
- Excellent in english;
- Be open and cheerful
