Shop Supervisor (Shop Head)

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily boutique operations and sales. Implement business plan to store in order to achieve or exceed assigned sales target. Build trust relationship with customer. Ensure positive customer experience at all time. Train, motivate and develop sales staff to provide superior standard of service and ensure boutique succession. The incumbent will work in the boutique store, 6 days a week.

Requirements:

• Male or Female, age 28-35 years old
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• At least 3-4 years' experience in boutique/shop operations management or in retail sales business for high-end clothing products
• Good selling and negotiation skills
• Pleasant appearance and good personality
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Self–motivation, strong leadership and organizing skill
• Background knowledge in fashion would be benefit

Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily visual merchandising, maintenance of all the stores, seasonal windows change and correspond with head office, suppliers for visual merchandising directions and guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skill, good organizer, energetic, passionate in fashion
• Very good command in spoken and written English
