OTC Sales Manager (Pharmaceutical Division)
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective performance of the OTC - Channel within the Pharmaceutical Division. He or she will play prepare sales planning, sales forecast including managing and achieving yearly sales target of the OTC - Channel. Responsible for supervising, coaching and sales team training to achieve consistent performance standards.
Requirements:
- Male or female, age between 35-40 years
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field, Master degree a plus but not essential
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in supervising sales team for FMCG or OTC product in traditional/drugstore channel
- Creative, strong sale and marketing strategy, strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
- Results oriented and self-motivating
- Good command of spoken and written English
