Customer Support Officer (Customer Relationship Management)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support Officer will be responsible for handling order and quotation process and co-ordinate with internal functions (sale representative, marketing team, finance, distribution center, and procurement) to process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Requirements:
  • Male or female, age between 22-30 years
  • Bachelor degree in any field, Chemical background is an advantage
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of sale coordinator, new graduate are also welcome
  • Strong service mind, organized, hard-working, and detailed and result oriented
  • Good working with documents and team-work environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and good computer skills
