Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years direct experience with proven skills and track record in trade marketing, paints & coating or construction industry would be an added plus but not necessary
- Able to set and manage trade marketing budget
- Manage and implement new product launch and trade activities
- Able to supervise, coach, evaluate and motivate sales team
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
