Chief Accountant
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Review Financial Statements for all group of companies
• Validate the month end closing account after completion of account transactions
• Review and analyze the variance on monthly report
• Validate journal vouchers before entering to G/L, review monthly accounts and check monthly reports
• Check all tax returns and ensure that the company has properly discharged tax liability
• Check VAT reports for group of companies
• Check withholding taxes imposed on the remittance to foreign companies
• Assist Accounting Manager in ensuring the internal control and safeguarding of assets and setting up an effective accounting system
• Ensure that the company’s accounts are kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standard accounting practices
• On assignment by Supervisor and Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• 8-10 years experience in accounting field. Registered Accountant for the company
• Good knowledge of accounting, tax, financial and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of accounting system
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Able to operates MS office
