Group Human Resources Manager
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

  • Thai Baht 120,000 per month, based in Bangkok

Our client headquartered in Bangkok, provides client-focused destination management services from local offices in eight countries around east and southeast Asia. They provide professional destination management services from meeting and conference organisation, to team building, corporate incentive travel products, airport transfers, hotel bookings and a range of tour packages that includes cultural, historical, social, adventure and activity based programs to suit every interest.

The Group Human Resources Manager, reporting to COO, will be actively involved in strategic planning, operational decisions, leadership development, talent and performance management.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Creation and implementation of HR policies, tools, processes and "Best Practices"
  • Employment law issues, management of expatriates, C&B, health and safety and recreation programs
  • Implementing HR tools in the area of Training & Development (performance appraisals, employee surveys, talent management, training programmes)
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
  • Perform the role of an "intermediary" by dealing with issues such as understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives

Requirements:
  • With your ability to handle full spectrum of human resources responsibilities, knowledge in competency framework, potential assessment, career development and succession planning are key areas of competencies required, resourceful individual and have a strong process orientation with excellent interpersonal, people and communication skills and able to handle confidential information with discretion and tact you could be the new Group Human Resources Manager.
