Requirements:
- Female, Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science or related field
- At least 5-10 years experience in all Human Resources function (Recruitment, Payroll, Training and Administration etc.)
- Strong knowledge in Labour Law and Labour Relation
- Develop and implement the personnel policies to support business goal to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements
- Monitor and ensure that the employee comply with Company rules & regulations
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skills in MS.Office and Outlook
