Product Development Officer

Responsibilities:
Develop new financial products and services to satisfy customer needs of Toyota, Lexus, and also update existing products to suit with market.

- Survey customer and dealer demands of new products and services.
- Survey competitors' products & services feature including pricing
- Investigate all concerned legal issues related to those products and services both from n house and law firm in case that we require third opinion
- Coordinate with IT, finance, accounting, national marketing communication and other departments that relate to the project.
- Set up policy & procedure for the project and also coordinate with other related department to generate P&P which must be complied with TFS guideline
- Review and update of program in the appropriate time or any circumstances change or having any feedback from dealers,
- Conduct training of new product and services through related departments, dealer, distributor etc.
- Others: special assignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in MBA, MA, Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
- Male/Female , age between 22-26 years old
- Vehicle financing background is required
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good communication skill
- Able to travel upcountry.
