Manager – Sales- Area / Domestic After sales – Services Area

- Act as the company window person to make business deals with dealers by engaging in all kinds of communication, coordination and consultation in connection with the fore mentioned service operation.
- Provide business coaching over dealer service operation to achieve “Value Chain Concept” as the goals of the company.
- Assist in the implementation, promotion and administration of company direction such as Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Service Standard, Diamond concept, Warranty, Master level training, Etc
- Collect, analyze and summarize the result of service and parts operation then feedback to dealer owner and Service Mgr.
- Visit to cultivate good relationship with dealers by providing sufficient date, information to build strong dealers’ service operation.
Requirements:
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 28-35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in After Sales, Marketing, in automobile industry is a plus.
- Having customer service attitude, sense of responsibility and self motivator.
- Business, analytical and financial skills.
- Good in communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Good command of English and Computer literacy.
- Able to travel to Upcountry.

Export Business Management Supervisor
(Pathum Thani)
Responsibilities:
- Pricing of Mass & Special order of Export products
- Prepare and follow up prices to be approved as company’s regulation.
- Review/understanding Material cost and it’s structure, variable costs and fixed costs.
- Plan sales, production, inventory volume and price by products on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Prepare profitability report to monitors, controls &analyzes plan vs. actual in terms of price, volume, cost to ensure the achievement of operating profit target by products on a monthly basis.
- Assist, coordinate, and conduct for the development and feasibility study of all new export products.
- Act as window person & coordinator for oversea customers & related oversea companies, capture customer requirement & take action to find the best solution for all export issues.
- Able to take care of oversea visitors from time to time.
- Plan/review budget, Prepare budget report, monitor, controls &analyzes plan vs. actual.
- Other Export products related assignments.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic or other related fields
- 3 - 5 years experience
- Fluent in English communication: speaking, listening and writing.
- Advance skill in Microsoft Excel (able to work well with large excel files), good in Microsoft Word & Power Point
- Good understanding of financial statement
- Good conceptual & analytical thinking skill, good problem-solving skills, achievement oriented, reliable, flexible, active, open minded, self-dependence as well as good team player.
- Customer oriented and communicate well with people
- Have long term commitment to the organization
- Able to work under pressure and do multi-tasks
- Able to travel to Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province once in a while.
