Technical & Regulatory Manager (Pest Control Products)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track the progress of the various product development and registration activities for country group to achieve registrations and launches within the shortest time frame.
- To assist with the management of the projects and be responsible for maintaining & updating registrations.
- Provide technical support to the business as necessary.
- Ensure the collection of technical information by consolidating information gathered from trials and work conducted as well as gathering relevant technical information from various sources within and outside of the company.
- Ensure that opportunities and synergies are realised across the countries within country group by providing information exchange (both to the countries and Region International), by active participation in the Region International market sector platforms, management meetings, business platforms, and by specific communication, and meetings where necessary.
- Publicly promote the image and support the business interests of BES by actively participating in important industry conventions and conferences, technical workshops, and training of industry personnel.
- Ensure adequate training and materials for BES products are provided to the BES teams and to our industry partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Agriculture, Entomology, Chemistry, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product development, technical support function
- Some understanding and market knowledge relevant to the BES portfolio.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize various activities related to regulatory and product development.
- Ability to coordinate communication and information flow in a large number of diverse countries and respond often within tight deadlines.
- Some marketing experience would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication, planning and organizing skills
- Good Computer Skills (Microsoft office)
