- At lease bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Public Relations or related fields
- Good personality and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience for both internal and external communication
- Keen on project leader and budget controlling skills
- English communicable
- Computer literate
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience related to CRM
Requirements:
- Operate and manage all activities of i-club project.
- Lead CRM projects from concept to implementation.
- Create attractive and unique activities for Toshiba customers.
- Design campaigns to communicate with target customers to participate the activities as much as possible.
- Evaluate and improve activities to be gradually attractive.
- Create effective communication plans in order to increase a number of loyal customers.
- Manage customer database.
- Control budget of each activity.
- Other jobs as assigned.
